Leah Schwenk, MS, CCC-SLP | Founder & Owner, Speech Method Therapy, P.C.

Leah Schwenk, MS, CCC-SLP is a California-licensed, ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Speech Method, a home-based pediatric speech therapy practice. She has extensive experience working with children and families across home health, private practice, outpatient pediatric clinics, schools, and medical settings, and has also served in leadership roles including supervising and mentoring speech-language pathologists. Leah specializes in pediatric feeding and swallowing challenges, including selective eating, as well as language delays, articulation and phonology, social communication, fluency, and AAC. She has advanced training in pediatric feeding therapy, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC implementation.

Leah provides child-led, play-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy that is individualized, functional, and family-centered. She believes therapy should feel meaningful and empowering—not overwhelming—and works closely with parents to provide clear guidance and practical strategies that support communication and feeding progress beyond sessions. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Leah is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with families and helping children thrive at home, school, and in everyday life.
